DBAs aren't orderable through the API yet — the POST /orders schema has no key for them. When they land in the API, they'll get a full guide here.
Formation packages vs. API formations
The dashboard sells formations as three packages (with the top one bundling a DBA). The API doesn't take a package choice — what you're billed is derived from what you order. See Formations.
